Payment and cancellations policy
- Payment can be done by most Credit Cards. Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Diners.

Your credit card will be charged by Regina Tours Ltd., the operator and owner
of GO2ISRAEL. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will send you a voucher covering
the services purchased. This voucher will be handled to supplier, and against this
voucher, you will receive services booked and paid.

Your credit card will be automatically debited in full once your booking has
been confirmed.

Services cancelled up to 3 full working days (Sunday to Thursday) prior to expected
start of services, will be charged processing fee of US$ 50.

Cancellations made within 3 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty
equal to 1 night charge of the hotel.
Reservations for Jewish Holiday, July & August may involve
prepayment and different sanction, as mantioned below.

Non show rooms will be charged the value of 1 night.

No refund, what so ever, will be given for unused services.

During the high season: Jewish Holidays, the month of August and Christmas, any
services cancelled more than 30 days prior to reserved date, will be charged with
250$. In case of canceling less than 30 days prior to reserved date, there will
be a full cancellation fee and no refund will be given.

Non show During the high season, will be charged with a 100% penalty.
